To ensure the best possible experience and results, please review our treatment policies below: Consultation & Eligibility All new clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment. Certain conditions (pregnancy, active skin infections, recent cosmetic procedures, medical conditions, or specific medications) may restrict eligibility. Our practitioners reserve the right to decline or reschedule a treatment if it is deemed unsafe. Preparation Before Treatment Avoid tanning, waxing, chemical peels, and use of retinoids/strong exfoliants for at least 5–7 days before your appointment. Please inform us of any recent skin treatments, sun exposure, or changes in medication. Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup and lotions if possible. Aftercare & Results Post-treatment guidelines will be provided and must be followed to ensure optimal healing and results. Temporary redness, flaking, mild swelling, or sensitivity are normal side effects. Results vary by individual and may require a series of treatments for best outcomes. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may compromise results and increase the risk of complications. Risks & Limitations While treatments are generally safe, there are risks including hyperpigmentation, scarring, infection, or prolonged irritation.
